We have our own personnel that will do all of the smaller projects that do not require advanced licensing and technical skills. Cleaning, Metal Restoration Carpentry, Masonry, Painting Etc.

CIA has a network of trusted licensed contractors and vendors to handle maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently.

We can either do the buildout or oversee projects, deal with architects, contractors and inspectors to ensure the project is expedited and done professionally. 

In case of flood, fire or any disaster we will handle everything from the time we arrive on site. We will work with the tenant, insurance adjuster, restoration and contractors on  ownerships behalf..
